I didn’t know what to expect, 1st time with a Chimney Service; Outstanding. Clyde was knowledgeable, informative, professional, and more importantly, really easy to work with. He took the time to answer my questions, and walked me through issues and options. As for my experience, it was all about customer service. It was great.

I’m not always comfortable booking a contractor, I don’t have the knowledge base. At the end of the process, I felt good about making this call.
